How does the rental work? +
Fill in the form on the category page — pick a date, time, model and add your details. We confirm by phone within 24h with the available bike and pickup time. Come to the gondola base, payment is on site.
Is the helmet included? +
Yes. A basic helmet is free with every bike. A full-face helmet is +50 RON and we recommend it for technical descents or the bike park. Every helmet is checked before each rental.
Do you have kids’ bikes? +
Yes, three dedicated categories: MTB for kids (from 30 RON / 2h, ages 6–12), Kids Full-Suspension MTB (Rossignol Trail 20") and e-bike for kids (electric assist, for longer rides with parents).
Do you need an ID? +
Yes, rentals are made on the basis of a valid ID (national card or passport).
What is the cancellation policy? +
You can cancel or reschedule by calling our rental numbers at least 24h before your booked time. For last-minute cancellations due to bad weather, we’re flexible — call us and we’ll work something out. For larger groups we ask for a deposit at booking to guarantee the bikes — demand is high in season.
When do I pay? +
Payment is made at pickup, not at return. If you bring the bike back early — for example, after 2 hours instead of 4 — we refund the difference on the spot.
What if the bike breaks or gets damaged? +
Normal wear is on us. Damage caused by negligence or accident is discussed at return. For our guided rides, we recommend mountain medical insurance.
